Undertake work to obtain both planning and building regulation approval for a single storey extension to an existing two storey dwelling. Our client was seeking to undertake the following work:

• Construction of single storey rear extension 

• Alterations and refurbishment of existing garage 

• External works

 

Services provided:

 

• Full measured building survey 

• Preparation of sketch/scheme design proposals 

• Finalizing detailed design 

• Submission of planning application 

• Preparation of construction drawings in collaboration with Structural Engineer (Chris Thrift & Partners) 

• Submission of building regulations application (full plans submission) for approval by Local Authority Building Control
