Brief:

 

Undertake work to obtain both planning and building regulation approval for complete refurbishment and extension of existing detached two storey dwelling. Our client was looking to undertake the following work:

• Conversion of large loft space into two bedrooms

• Large single storey rear extension

• Complete re-ordering of existing house including relocation of stairs, removal of  walls and partial conversion of garages

 

Services provided:

 

• Full measured building survey

• Preparation of sketch proposal

• Submission of planning application

• Preparation of construction drawings in conjunction with Structural Engineer (Chris Thrift & Partners)

• Submission of building regulation application for approval by Approved Building Inspector

• Assistance once work commenced on-site
