Undertake work to obtain both planning and building regulation approval for complete refurbishment and extension of existing two storey dwelling. Our client was looking to undertake the following work:

• Demolition of previous part single/part two storey extensions

• Construction of large wrap-around replacement part single/part two storey extension

• Construction of new garage and garden store

• External works

• Full measured building survey

• Preparation of sketch/scheme design proposal

• Finalizing detailed design

• Submission of planning application

• Preparation of construction drawings in collaboration with Structural Engineer (Chris Thrift & Partners)

• Submission of building regulations application (full plans submission) for approval by Approved Building Inspector
