Initial Site Consultations
Required prior to providing a fee proposal:
Up to 25 miles - £60.00
25 - 40 miles - £80.00
40 miles and over – please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Planning Application Fees
Pre-application Advice – this fee varies between each Local Authority and the level of advice you wish to receive. As an example, North Northamptonshire Councils fees for this service start at £120.00
New Dwelling - £578.00
Householder Planning Permission - £258.00
Certificate of Lawful Development - £129.00
Notification of a Larger Home Extension - £120.00
When using the Planning Portal to submit the above applications an additional £64.00 administration fee (paid directly to the Planning Portal) is added to the cost of registering the application.
Please note, there may also be other Local Planning Policies which require supplementary fees to be paid.
Building Regulation Fees
All building regulation fees are tailored to the project, a quote can be obtained prior to making a submission.
