Brief:

 

The property was a partially completed two storey dwelling which our client was looking to extend and make habitable. Our role was to prepare the necessary construction drawings, specification and assist with obtaining estimates / tenders from Building Contractors.

 

Services provided:

 

• Full measured building survey (including level survey)

• Preparation of construction drawings in collaboration with Structural Engineer (Chris Thrift & Partners)

• Preparation and collation of tender documents

• Obtain and appraise tenders
