Brief:

 

Undertake work to obtain both planning and building regulation approval for a single storey side extension, internal alterations and creation of a self-contained annexe (later approved for use as an Air BnB) to a converted Victorian school house. Our client was looking to undertake the following work:

• Construction of single storey side extension 

• Internal alterations to provide En-Suites 

• Reconfiguration of internal space to create self-contained Annexe

 

Services Provided:

 

• Preparation of sketch / scheme design proposal using survey information provided by Landmark Surveys and Developments Limited 

• Finalising detailed design 

• Submission of planning application for single storey extension 

• Preparation of construction drawings in collaboration with Structural Engineer (Chris Thrift & Partners) 

• Submission of building regulations application (full plans submission) for approval by Approved Building Inspector
