Brief:

 

Undertake work to obtain both planning and building regulation approval for extensions to an existing two storey modern family home. Our clients were seeking to undertake the following work:

• Construction of two storey side / large single storey rear extension 

• Alteration and refurbishment of existing Kitchen

 

Services provided:

 

• Full measured building survey 

• Preparation of sketch/scheme design proposals 

• Finalizing detailed design 

• Submission of planning application 

• Preparation of construction drawings in collaboration with Structural Engineer (JEM Structures) 

• Submission of building regulations application (full plans submission) for approval by Approved Building Inspector
