Brief:

 

Undertake work to obtain both planning and building regulation approval for a single storey extension to an existing two storey dwelling. Our client was seeking to undertake the following work:

• Construction of single storey side/rear extension 

• Replacement of existing flat roof with new tiled roof 

• Alterations to previous single storey extension. 

• External works

• Full measured building survey 

• Preparation of various sketch/scheme design proposals 

• Finalizing detailed design 

• Submission of planning application 

• Preparation of construction drawings 

• Submission of building regulations application (full plans submission) for approval by Local Authority Building Control
