Undertake work to obtain both planning and building regulation approval for a single storey rear extension and internal alterations to an existing two storey dwelling. Our client was looking to undertake the following work:

• Demolition of existing Conservatory 

• Construction of single storey rear extension 

• Internal alterations to existing Kitchen and Dining Room

 

Services Provided:

 

• Full measured building survey 

• Preparation of sketch/scheme design proposal 

• Finalizing detailed design 

• Submission of planning application (Lawful Development Certificate) 

• Preparation of construction drawings in collaboration with Structural Engineer (JEM Structural Engineers) 

• Submission of building regulations application (full plans submission) for approval by Local Authority Building Control
